GuniArts is an independent art studio founded and curated by Phalguni, offering original paintings, limited edition art prints, and digital artworks. Each piece is created with intention, authenticity, and artistic integrity.

2. Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, photographs, and written content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of GuniArts and the artist.

Purchasing an artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece only. Reproduction, resale of images, or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

3. Artwork Authenticity & Craft

Each original artwork is handcrafted and one of a kind.
Limited edition prints are produced carefully from original artworks and may show subtle variations in tone, texture, or size due to printing and screen differences.

Such variations are part of the artistic process and do not affect the quality or authenticity of the work. All artworks are sold frameless, unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR unless stated. Secure payments are processed through trusted gateways such as Razorpay. GuniArts does not store any personal payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Every artwork is packed with care using protective materials.

Processing Time:

• Original artworks: 3–7 business days

• Art prints: 5–10 business days (made after order)

Estimated Delivery:

• India: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–20 business days (customs may vary)

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are offered only if:

• The artwork arrives damaged

• An incorrect item is delivered

Please notify us within 48 hours with clear images for verification.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect only essential information required for order processing and communication. Your data is never sold or shared outside trusted payment and delivery partners.

8. Governing Law

All terms are governed under the laws of India.
